Aunque nació y creció en Baltimore, Maryland E.U, Nicole intenta mantener un estilo de vida gitana, después de haber vivido en Hawaii, Australia, California y más recientemente México. Después de enseñar ciencia durante 6 años en San Diego Nicole aterrizó en Guanajuato para cambiar un poco y comenzar a enseñar inglés y aprender español. Ella se ha dedicado a pintar durante la última década, a pesar de que carece de educación formal o capacitación en el arte. Su ultima obra, Espanglish Rodeo, fue terminado aquí en Guanajuato este último año. Todas las fueron inspiradas directamente por su experiencia en México y son todas pintadas en acrílico de periódicos locales.
Su obra más reciente titulado Glamour y Sincroniciad está casi terminada y llegará por el centro de Guanajuato el 19 de april 2012.
